Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for rescheduling or a refund.
2. Refund Policy

Once a session has started or has been completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Eligible Refunds

- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Payment was successfully processed, but the appointment could not be provided due to our inability to deliver the service.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled if:

5. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a No Show.
No refund or free replacement session will be provided for missed appointments.

If a consultation is interrupted due to technical issues from our side, we will make every reasonable effort to:
- Continue the session once the issue is resolved.
- Reschedule the remaining consultation at no additional cost.
If the issue occurs on the client’s side, we will provide reasonable assistance, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.
